Instructions

  1. Measure one cup of filtered water into a medium-sized saucepan and place it over medium heat.
  2. While water heats, squeeze fresh lemon juice into a small bowl and measure exactly three tablespoons.
  3. Gather gelatin powder, ginger powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper in separate small bowls.
  4. Set one tablespoon of raw honey within reach of your cooking station.
  5. Once water reaches a gentle simmer, remove it from heat and let it cool for about two minutes.
  6. Sprinkle two tablespoons of unflavored gelatin powder over the warm water while stirring constantly with a whisk.
  7. Continue stirring for three full minutes until the gelatin dissolves completely.
  8. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir steadily to distribute it evenly.
