- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced or cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 to 5 radishes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Add the fresh basil, flat-leaf parsley, fresh dill, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice to a blender or food processor.
- Add the minced garlic, anchovy paste, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the green goddess dressing and adjust the lemon juice or salt, if desired.
- Transfer the dressing to a container and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
- Place the mixed salad greens into a large serving bowl.
- Arrange the cucumber pieces evenly over the greens.
- Add the drained chickpeas and freshly sliced avocado.
- Scatter the thinly sliced radishes over the salad.
- Drizzle the chilled green goddess dressing generously over the salad ingredients.
- Gently toss until the greens and toppings are evenly coated with dressing.
- Divide into serving bowls.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and presentation.

Use the freshest herbs available for vibrant flavor and color. Dry the salad greens thoroughly before assembling, add the avocado just before serving, and keep the dressing separate until ready to toss.
