Instructions
- Measure 2 cups of plain full-fat Greek yogurt into a medium mixing bowl.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely, making sure no large pieces remain.
- Chop the fresh dill into small pieces, removing any tough stems.
- Chop the fresh parsley into small pieces.
- Add the minced garlic to the Greek yogurt.
- Stir gently until the garlic is evenly distributed.
- Pour in the fresh lemon juice and stir until fully combined.
- Add the chopped dill and parsley.
- Fold the herbs gently into the yogurt mixture with a spatula.
- Sprinkle in the sea salt and stir until incorporated.
- Add the freshly ground black pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Taste the dip and adjust with more salt or lemon juice if needed.
- Transfer the savory Greek yogurt dip to a serving bowl.
- Smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle paprika over the top for color if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled with vegetables, pita chips, crackers, or as a sauce for grilled meats and roasted vegetables.
