Ingredients

2 shots espresso
1 cup (240ml) cold milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)
Pinch of nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

Brew 2 shots of espresso.
In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Heat for 5 minutes until aromatic, whisking to prevent clumps.
Add espresso, hot pumpkin spice mixture, and milk to a glass.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Top with whipped cream (if using), ice, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Notes

Use oat milk or almond milk for vegan version.
Adjust sweetness by reducing maple syrup.
