  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1-2 applications 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coarse Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 gallon warm filtered water
  • 1/2 cup magnesium oil or magnesium flakes
  • 1012 drops therapeutic-grade lavender essential oil
  • 12 tablespoons ginger powder or 2 inches fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons sea kelp powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or jojoba oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey

Instructions

  1. Fill a clean glass bowl or soaking basin with one gallon of filtered water heated to 98-104°F.
  2. Pour two cups of coarse Himalayan pink salt slowly into the warm water.
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon until most salt crystals dissolve completely.
  4. Add one-half cup of magnesium flakes or diluted magnesium oil.
  5. Stir thoroughly to distribute the minerals evenly.
  6. Sprinkle in two tablespoons of sea kelp powder gradually while stirring to prevent clumping.
  7. Add grated fresh ginger root or one to two tablespoons of ginger powder.
  8. Stir well to integrate the warming spice throughout the mixture.
  9. Add ten to twelve drops of therapeutic-grade lavender essential oil.
  10. Stir slowly in one direction for about one minute to emulsify the oil.
  11. Pour in one-quarter cup of coconut oil or jojoba oil.
  12. Stir continuously for two minutes to create a balanced emulsion.
  13. Add two tablespoons of raw honey.
  14. Mix until the remedy is smooth and well integrated.
  15. Allow the mixture to cool slightly until comfortable for skin contact.
  16. Soak affected hands or feet for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  17. For topical use, massage a small amount onto affected areas using gentle circular motions for five to ten minutes.

Notes

Maintain water temperature between 98°F and 104°F for safe, soothing application. Use filtered or distilled water instead of tap water. Never apply concentrated essential oils directly to skin. This remedy should complement professional medical care and should not replace prescribed neuropathy treatment.
