- Remove the dissolved gelatin from heat.
- Add the hydrolyzed collagen powder.
- Stir continuously for 2 minutes until fully incorporated.
- Add allulose sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

- Add 2 drops of natural pink food coloring.
- Stir briefly to achieve an even, vibrant pink hue.
- Allow the mixture to cool for exactly 3 minutes at room temperature.
- Slowly pour the full-fat coconut milk into the gelatin mixture while whisking gently and continuously.
- Continue whisking for 2 minutes until the mixture reaches a uniform color and all streaks disappear.
- Pour the completed pink gelatin trick recipe for weight loss mixture evenly into 6 small serving glasses or a 9-inch baking dish.
- Tap gently against the counter to release air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely set.
- Remove from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve directly from serving glasses with a spoon, or cut into squares if using a baking dish.
Notes
Bloom the gelatin fully before heating to avoid lumps. Do not let the gelatin mixture exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and chill for at least 4 hours for the best firm but jiggly texture.
