Instructions

  1. Select a mason jar or glass container with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Measure 1/2 cup of rolled oats into the bottom of the jar.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt directly on top of the oats.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk over the yogurt and oat mixture.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to the jar.
