A Ninja Creami mango sorbet recipe creates a vibrant, refreshing frozen dessert using your Ninja Creami machine with fresh mango puree and pure tropical flavor.

  • Total Time: 24 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh mango puree
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Select two ripe mangoes with slight give when gently squeezed.
  2. Peel the mangoes using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife.
  3. Slice the flesh away from the pit and cut it into chunks.
  4. Place the mango chunks into a blender.
  5. Blend for about 90 seconds until completely smooth.
  6. Strain the mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove fiber.
  7. Combine filtered water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  8. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely.
  9. Simmer the sugar syrup for 2 minutes without boiling.
  10. Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool to room temperature.
  11. Pour the cooled simple syrup into a blender with the strained mango puree.
  12. Add fresh lime juice and sea salt.
  13. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until fully combined.
  14. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
  15. Pour the sorbet mixture into your Ninja Creami cup up to the maximum fill line.
  16. Secure the lid and place the cup in the freezer.
  17. Freeze for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
  18. Remove the frozen cup from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for exactly 2 minutes.
  19. Insert the frozen cup into your Ninja Creami machine.
  20. Select the sorbet setting and process for about 40 seconds.
  21. Serve immediately in chilled serving glasses.

Notes

Use ripe Ataulfo or Alphonso mangoes for the best flavor. Strain the mango puree for an ultra-smooth texture. Freeze the Ninja Creami cup for the full 24 hours before processing, and serve immediately for the best creamy ribbon texture.
