  • Total Time: 10
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 shots (2 oz) fresh espresso or strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup oatmilk (unsweetened or vanilla)
1 tbsp brown sugar syrup (1 cup brown sugar + 1/2 cup water, simmered to thicken)
2 cups ice cubes
Pinch of ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

Brew espresso shots and let cool slightly
Add 1 cup ice to a cocktail shaker
Pour espresso, brown sugar syrup, and 1 tbsp oatmilk into shaker
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to create froth
Fill a glass with 2 cups fresh ice
Strain the shaken mixture into the glass
Top with remaining oatmilk and a cinnamon sprinkle

Notes

Substitute espresso with 4 oz strong brewed coffee
Brown sugar syrup can be made 2-3 days ahead
Adjust syrup amount to taste
Use iced oatmilk if shaking seems too messy
