1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 small flour tortillas
0.5 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through
Stir in fire-roasted tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and green onions (if using); simmer 5 minutes
Layer tortillas in a 9×13-inch baking dish
Spoon turkey mixture over tortillas, spreading evenly
