Ingredients

lbs lean ground turkey
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
½ cup finely diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil
In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined
Pack the turkey mixture evenly into muffin cups, pressing down to create even tops
In a small bowl, mix ketchup and Dijon mustard for glaze
Bake 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Return to oven, brush with glaze, and bake 2-3 minutes until glazed
