Ingredients

Canned Tuna in Water 2 cans (5 oz each), Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup, Celery 1/2 cup diced, Red Onion 2 tablespoons minced, Fresh Dill 1 tablespoon chopped, Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon, Whole Wheat Bread 8 slices (2 per sandwich), Tomato 1 medium sliced, Lettuce 4 leaves

Instructions

Drain tuna thoroughly and flake with a fork. In a bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, diced celery, and minced red onion. Add dill and lemon juice, mixing until well combined. Soak red onion in water for 5 minutes to reduce sharpness. Toast whole wheat bread if desired. Layer lettuce, tuna salad, tomato, and additional veggies on two slices of bread. Top with second slice to form a sandwich.

Notes
