Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
Fold in diced strawberries.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
For a crusty top, brush with additional milk before baking.
Freeze slices for longer storage.
