Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup snap peas
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

Heat wok or large skillet on high
Add avocado oil
Cook shrimp with ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes
Transfer shrimp to plate
Add broccoli and snap peas, stir-fry 1 minute
Add bell pepper, stir-fry 2-3 minutes
Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, red pepper flakes, and 2 tbsp water
Stir in cornstarch until sauce thickens
Return shrimp to pan, toss with sauce

Notes

Use frozen broccoli if fresh not available
Add sesame oil for extra flavor
Substitute oyster sauce with mushroom sauce or tamari for gluten-free
