Ingredients

2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan if preferred)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp ground flaxseed (to add protein and bind)
3 tbsp water

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and chia seeds
3. Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt; stir until well combined
