Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Sliced scallions (for garnish)
Instructions
Pat salmon dry with paper towels
Mix miso, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl
Brush glaze evenly over salmon fillets
Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 9-12 minutes until glaze is caramelized and fish is cooked through
Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions before serving
Notes
For best texture, let salmon rest 5 minutes before serving
Glaze stores well in fridge for 3 days
Pairs well with jasmine rice and steamed bok choy
