Ingredients

2 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup almond butter (smooth or chunky)
¾ cup pure maple syrup
1 cup vanilla protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, chopped pecans, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix until a sticky dough forms (add 2-3 tbsp water if needed).
Roll into 12 equal balls using hands.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
