Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water for glaze)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 green onion (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Pour over chicken.
Bring sauce to a simmer, then add cornstarch slurry. Cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for more moisture if desired
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
