Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika
Sear steak 1-2 minutes per side until browned
Transfer to oven and cook 8-10 minutes until cooked through
Add garlic and parsley to the skillet with butter
Simmer the garlic butter 2-3 minutes until golden and aromatic
Return steak to skillet and toss to coat completely
Notes
Sirloin ensures an affordable yet tender result
Let steak rest 5 minutes after cooking for juicier bites
For a richer flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme with the butter
Can substitute chicken thighs for a lighter protein option
