Ingredients

12 oz lump crab meat (fresh or cooked and chilled)
1 cup soft Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 medium tomato (diced)
1/2 avocado (diced)
2 cups mixed greens
1 celery stalk (thinly sliced)
2 green onions (finely chopped)
1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper in a bowl.
Add crab meat gently to Greek yogurt mixture, stir until fully coated.
Toss mixed greens with cucumber, tomato, celery, green onions, and red onion.
Divide salad base into bowls, top with crab mixture.
Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

Avoid lemon juice if avoiding alcohol derivatives.
Store in airtight containers for up to 24 hours.
Use frozen crab meat (thawed) if needed.
