Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (vanilla flavor)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 large egg
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, egg, honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing into 10 portions.
