Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat
Add beef slices and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned and just cooked through
Push beef to the sides; add garlic, ginger, and carrots. Cook for 1 minute
Stir in bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are vibrant and tender-crisp
Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl, then pour over the ingredients
Cook for 2 minutes to coat evenly and combine flavors
