1 egg
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, oats, onion, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and parsley
Shape into a loaf in a greased 9×5-inch baking dish
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar; spread half over the loaf
