Ingredients

1 cup almond butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 small apple (snipped into pieces)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Finely chop apple pieces
In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla
Stir in chopped apple
Add maple syrup and mix until a sticky dough forms
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Roll into 12–14 equal-sized balls
Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
