Ingredients

Scale

4 limes, zested and juiced
1 (14 oz/400 g) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup water
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Zest and juice the limes. Reserve both zest and pulp.
In a high-speed blender, combine lime zest, pulp, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, water, and ice.
Blend on high until smooth and frothy, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with lime slices.

Notes

Use a high-speed blender to achieve a smooth texture without bitterness.
For a chilled version, fill glasses halfway with ice before serving.
This drink is best served fresh to maintain the frosty consistency.
